Dataminr Okta Help

I forgot my password:

I get the following message:

To access Application XYZ, your organization requires you to sign in with Okta FastPass.

This error occurred because your computer was not recognized as a secure Dataminr device. In order for your device to be allowed to access sensitive applications, you must use Okta FastPass to sign in.

I'm using a Dataminr device

If you encounter this error on a Dataminr device, you must use Okta FastPass to authenticate.

If you can't register or use a FastPass authenticator on your Dataminr device, please contact ithelp@dataminr.com or send a support request in the #it-help Slack Channel.

I'm using a personal device

From a Personal device, use Workspaces Web browser to access the application:
